夜よるに なりました。Night has come.

うさぎの ゆきは、小ちいさな まどべで 耳みみを すませます。Yuki the rabbit listened by the little window.

くまの はるも、あたたかい おふとんの中なかで 同おなじ音おとを 聞ききました。Haru the bear heard the same sound, snug in bed.

さらさら さらさら 風かぜが やねを なでていきます。Swish, swish, the wind brushed over the roof.

ゆきと はるは 目めを とじて、音おとの リズムに あわせて ゆっくり 体からだを ゆらします。Yuki and Haru closed their eyes and swayed gently to the rhythm of the sound.

ゆらゆら ゆらゆら。Sway, sway, sway, sway.

とおくで ふくろうが ほう ほうと ないています。Far away, an owl called, hoo, hoo.

ぽつん さらさら ゆらゆら ほう ほう やさしい 音おとが かさなっていきます。Pit-pat, swish, sway, hoo hoo, the gentle sounds blended together.

二人ふたりの まぶたは どんどん おもくなりました。Their eyelids grew heavier and heavier.
