ほうと ぴかりの もりのこもりうたHou and Pikari's Forest Lullaby

森もりの夜よる、ふくろうの子こどもの ほうが、木きの 枝えだで 目めを さましました。In the forest at night, a baby owl named Hou woke up on a tree branch.

ホー ホー、ホー ホー。ほうが ないてみると、やみの 中なかから 小ちいさな 光ひかりが うかびました。Hoo, hoo, hoo, hoo. When Hou called out, a small light drifted up from the darkness.

光ひかりの ぬしは、ほたるの ぴかりです。ちかちか、ちかちかと、やさしく またたいています。The light belonged to a firefly named Pikari, blinking gently, flicker, flicker.
