ふかふかの おちばの おふとんPon and Nono's Leaf Blanket

森もりの 中なかに、小ちいさな 熊くまの 子こども、ポンが 住すんでいました。秋あきの 風かぜが 吹ふくと、木きの 葉はが ひらひらと 舞まい落おちてきます。ポンは、舞まい落おちる 葉はを 見みて、楽たのしい 気持ちきもちに なりました。In the forest lived a little bear cub named Pon. When the autumn wind blew, the leaves on the trees would flutter down one by one. Watching the leaves fall, Pon felt a happy feeling rise up inside.

「これで 何なにか 作つくれないかな」ポンは、葉はを 集あつめ始はじめました。そこへ、友達ともだちの うさぎの ノノが やってきました。「何なにを しているの？」ノノが 尋たずねると、ポンは にっこり 笑わらって 答こたえました。「ふかふかの お布団ふとんを 作つくっているんだよ」"I wonder if I could make something with these," Pon thought, and began gathering the leaves. Just then, Pon's friend Nono the rabbit came along. "What are you doing?" Nono asked. Pon smiled brightly and answered, "I'm making a nice fluffy blanket."

二人ふたりで 葉はを 集あつめて、大おおきな 山やまを 作つくりました。ノノが 上うえに ちょこんと 座すわると、ふわふわとした 感触かんしょくに、思おもわず 笑顔えがおが こぼれました。Together they gathered leaves and piled them into a big mound. When Nono sat down on top with a little plop, the fluffy feeling brought a smile without even trying.

月つきが 昇のぼるころ、二人ふたりは できあがった 葉はの 布団ふとんに 並ならんで 横よこに なりました。風かぜが そよそよと 吹ふいて、葉はの 甘あまい 匂においが します。ポンと ノノは、お互たがいの 温あたたかさを 感かんじながら、そっと 目を 閉とじました。おやすみ。As the moon rose, the two of them lay down side by side on the finished leaf blanket. A gentle breeze blew softly, carrying the sweet scent of leaves. Pon and Nono felt each other's warmth and quietly closed their eyes. Good night.
