あんずと みかんの ボールさがしAnzu and Mikan's Ball Hunt

夕方ゆうがたの公園こうえんで、子犬こいぬのあんずと子猫こねこのみかんは、ボール投なげをして遊あそんでいました。One evening at the park, Anzu the puppy and Mikan the kitten were playing catch with a ball.

「それ、取とって」と投なげたボールは、大おおきくはねて、草くさむらの奥おくへ転ころがっていってしまいました。二人ふたりで探さがしましたが、ボールはどこにも見みつかりません。あたりはだんだん暗くらくなり、あんずの胸むねはきゅっと小ちいさくなりました。"Throw it to me," Anzu said, and the ball bounced high and rolled deep into the bushes, out of sight. The two of them searched everywhere, but the ball was nowhere to be found. As it grew darker and darker, Anzu's chest felt tight and small.

「明日あしたの朝あさに、もう一度いちど探さがそう」とみかんが言いいました。あんずはこくんとうなずきましたが、まだ少すこしさびしい気持きもちでした。そのとき、空そらに丸まるいお月つきさまがのぼって、二人ふたりをやさしく照てらしました。"Let's look again tomorrow morning," Mikan said. Anzu gave a small nod, but still felt a little sad inside. Just then, a round moon rose in the sky and shone gently down on them both.

あんずとみかんは、手てをつないで家いえへ帰かえりました。明日あしたはきっとボールが見みつかる。そう思おもいながら、あんずはあたたかいふとんに入はいりました。おやすみ。Anzu and Mikan held hands and walked home together. Tomorrow, the ball would surely be found. Thinking that, Anzu climbed into a warm, cozy bed. Good night.
