Poco and the Sound of the Night Forest
In a burrow deep in the night forest, a little rabbit named Poco was lying in bed. But somehow, Poco's eyes would not close, and sleep would not come.
From outside, a soft rustling sound came drifting in. "What could that sound be?" Poco wondered, feeling a little worried.
Poco quietly peeked out of the burrow. There, on a big tree branch, sat the owl of the forest.
Mr. Owl, what is that sound?" Poco asked. The owl smiled gently.
That is the leaves dancing together with the wind. And over there, the little stream is singing a lullaby for everyone."
Poco listened closely. It really was a gentle sound. It was not a scary sound at all.
Thank you, Mr. Owl," said Poco. Poco went back into the burrow and snuggled into the soft blanket. Listening to the sounds of the forest, Poco closed his eyes. Good night.
